Depression, anxiety and mental illness has struck so many people in my life. Although I don’t understand what it’s like to be clinically depressed, I do know the pain it can cause those who love someone that suffers from it.
Love one another as hard and deep as you can! Hang in there for the ones you love and the ones that LOVE YOU!

I still love FM and not knowing what song comes next and the idea that I am enjoying the song with others at the same time. There are still some great FM stations across America. Not in L.A. though. The music here really sux.

Okay, the San Diego show was just AMAZING! I can’t believe this is the last KISS tour! The show is even more amazing than the shows from the 70s. I told Auby to soak the moment in because no matter how old she gets- this will be the best Rock & Roll show she ever saw.

Drug addiction is one of those things that I don’t understand outside of what I have seen it do to other people- and people I love. I have never messed with the stuff because I have never seen anyone continue in it and SURVIVE. I know I sound like a fuddy duddy, but JUST SAY NO! And if you are in it GET OUT while you still can!
