Elephant in the room: Cybill Shepard seems to have developed her Southern accent back. I know she was originally from Memphis TN, but I never picked up any Southern dialect from her onscreen. Weird things like this interest me. Did she move back to the south and the accent returned? Was she so great of an actress that she could mask her Southern accent remarkably well? SO MANY QUESTIONS!
