I thought I was going to make a longer post tonight, but maybe tomorrow night. I just have too many balls in the air today. AF1 and I have been successfully doing the KETO diet (lifestyle) for about 2 months now. I have to say, I just don’t see myself going back. It has really been a game changer for me in so many ways.
