This song reminds me of Auby. She just turned 13 and she is coming out of her childhood cage. I think she spent the better part of the last year or so being afraid of “it” but now I see her pulling her fists out and ready to fight. I’m proud of her. I hope she keeps her sense of her “self” that she has worked so hard to understand and create over the next few years. She is at my 1985. She is dealing with it much better than I did.
