What a great cover of an underappreciated tune …

The Killers cover Electric Blue by Icehouse (Full Performance)

Sammy was meant to tie up the loose ends of some the greatest musicians of my generations(s). He is so self deprecating and genuine with everyone he interviews.

Stuck in the Middle with you – Stealers Wheel

Okay this is like a fusion ProgRock nightmare- and I love it! You don’t need to understand Japenese to get into this. EQ, Headphones, Turn it UP! There are some “bursts” so if you have senstive ears, easy on the volume maybe.

The build up is UNGOING. Just a slice of AWSOME (headphones with amp UP! for best experience)

The Sundays – Here’s Where The Story Ends

The Rolling Stones – Paint It, Black

I don’t really like a lot of “country” music that has come out the last 5 or so years. The new stuff from Ronnie Dunn is just fantastic and refreshing.

So cool that Kate Bush’s Running Up That Hill is FINALLY getting the respect it deserves! One of my favorite songs from the great 1985! I don’t remember it getting a lot of airplay and it barely slipped into the top 40 in the US. NOW it is the number 1 song in the world for over a month! Never count a GREAT song out. Time is the great equalizer.…Read More

If you know me, then you know I HATE re-recordings. There is NO good rerecording! Not even ONE!

I do like remasters- when they leave the original studio ideas in place.

All re-recording should be MELTED though. ALL OF THEM!

INXS – Guns In The Sky

The reason I probably NEVER touched drugs is because of Cheech and Chong. True story.

The S.O.S. Band performs their smash hit “Take Your Time”

When this video came out it was offensive to religions groups. Today it’s offensive to the people that would been calling the religious sects nuts- for thinking it’s offensive.
The point: All extremes end at the same place.
