A lot of the photos that get passed around “from space” are just fakes and concept art. If you doubt it then find your favorite space image and locate the source and details.

Don’t get me wrong. I like concept and digitally enhanced
space art, but it should be labeled as art or digitally enhanced. It gives a false perception of what we really know about deep space. There is sufficient “real” unaltered photography. Art and science are two different folders.
