I have seen every episode of the Honeymooners-multiple times. There is something about how Ralph would always get SO CLOSE to success, only to watch it slip from his clutches. I could relate to “showing for the race,” but never to /win/ aspect of his character. Ralph never gave up and he never stopped
LEARNING. He knew someday he would hit that high note. 🎺 There was only 1 season and we neve got to see the characters develop. If there were ever an ending lesson, I hope Ralph and Alice would have learn, it’s about THE RIDE.
