Have to agree. Old Fashioned Love Song and Joy the World- just single out the lead vox.
Listened to a lot of old Three Dog Night this weekend. Killer vocal blend and such great song choices. Chuck Negron could sing a shopping list and make it soar. pic.twitter.com/Ed4W7ijtu4

3:AM – Can’t sleep. Have you ever noticed guys don’t sing about CHICKS anymore. I know there are some sappy LOVE songs out there, but I am talking about CHICK songs- like the songs we used to get from The Beach Boys, Van Halen, Rod Stewart etc. Political correctness killed 90% of Rock and Roll inspiration. What a effin drag.…Read More

Liberace was a class act- from the beginning of his career to the end. He was still very popular when I was a kid. When you listen to his records, you feel like he is really in the room with you. Such a fantastic showman he was. Besides Floyd Cramer, he is the only pianist I can INSTANTLY recognize because of his distinct styling.…Read More

It could be a wonderful world
If all of you could only see
It would be a wonderful world
If everyone was just like me
This rotten place is just my style
The smell of death just drives me wild
Money’s the root and that’s for sure
That old disease with no known cure
So much sin so much pain
So many souls for me to gain

I think it is so great that Tim Pierce has put so much on Youtube and the Time Pierce Masterclass over the last few years. that will insure that his stylings will go on for generations. Truly one of the most unsung guitar heros of all time. At least 70% of my favorite songs he had some hand in it.
